RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point) function maintains rotary axes at constant angle between tool and surface to be machined. It can always make the interpolated point on the programming track by a real-time linear compensation of CNC system for motion.

High quality process technology Machine structure is weld by high quality heavy duty cast iron. Thanks to annealing treatment twice, the structure’s rigidity and durability are markedly improved. And it also treated by sandblasting and painting prim coat. All installation surface is milled and drilled by large-scale CNC double housing planer, which guarantees the subsequent assembly accuracy.
